Biswanath Somadder, J. - (1.) Let the affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be taken on record.
(2.) In view of the disposal of the appeal, being MAT 63 of 2018, along with the connected application for stay, being CAN 535 of 2018, earlier today, nothing remains to be decided in respect of the instant appeal and the application for stay, since the judgment and order impugned herein was passed by the learned Single Judge on a recalling application arising out of the judgment and order that was impugned in MAT 63 of 2018.
(3.) The appeal and the application for stay, therefore, are treated as on day s list and stand disposed of accordingly.;
