SHIVAKANT PRASAD,J. - (1.) The learned Registrar (Listing) has submitted his report obtaining the explanation from the Assistant Court Officer. It reveals from the report that the Assistant Court Officer has forgotten the matter to list as per the scheduled date and has prayed for pardoning him for the mistake occurred due to heavy pressure of work.
