Rajasekhar Mantha, J. - (1.) Affidavit in reply on behalf of the Petitioner filed in Court today, is taken on record. Affidavit in opposition on behalf of the Respondent No. 3 is also taken on record.
(2.) The writ petitioner is a school. The said school has three other branches at Ganganagar Kalyani and Nadia. The workmen in question are Class-IV sub-staff engaged at the Elgin Road, Kolkata branch of the school. They were aggrieved by orders of transfer issued on 17th June, 2008 by the Julien Educational Trust, the appointing authority.
(3.) As many as twenty two such employees transferred over a period of one year in 2008-2009.;
