SUBRATA TALUKDAR,J. - (1.) Party/Parties appear in the order of their name/names as printed above in the cause-title.
(2.) This matter has been filed before Court in 2016 and, is being regularly considered effective March, 2017 to this date as would be reflected from the order-sheets.
(3.) As already stands recorded through previous orders of this Court the issue centres around the existence of a tin shed standalone temporary structure on plot No. 1153. The Respondent Nos. 8 to 13 claim possessory rights over the said structure.;
