(2.) The petitioner claims interest on revised arrear pension under ROPA-2009.
(3.) The petitioner was an assistant teacher of a Secondary School. He retired from service on January 31, 2008. The first pension payment order was issued by the concerned respondent on January 31, 2008 and the revised pension payment order giving effect to ROPA 2009 was issued on October 20, 2010. The grievance of the petitioner is that the revised arrear pension amount under ROPA-2009 was disbursed only on August 10, 2012. He claims interest on the delayed payment of the revised arrear pension amount under ROPA-2009.;
