SUBRATA TALUKDAR,J. - (1.) Party/parties are represented in the order of their name/names as printed above in the cause title.
(2.) The allegation in this writ petition is directed against the failure on the part of the West Bengal State Minor Irrigation Corporation Ltd./the Respondent Nos.2,3,4, 5 and 6 to permit the petitioners to join in their posts of support staff/Junior Engineers (JEs) vide offers of appointment issued to the petitioners by the Respondent/Corporation respectively dated the 17th October, 2016 and the 21st October, 2016.
(3.) At the core of the grievance raised by the petitioners lies the extent of legal sanctity which can be extended to the 159th Board Resolution of the Corporation.;
