SAMAPTI CHATTERJEE,J. - (1.) Let affidavit of service filed in Court today be kept on record.

The petitioners have filed the present writ petition for a direction upon the West Bengal Board of Primary Education, Kolkata, the respondent no.2 to allow the petitioners to complete the registration process and other required formalities by filling up necessary forms including other documents to appear in the Part-I Final Examination of D.El.E.D. course for the session 2016- 2018.
(3.) Mr. Kalyan Banerjee, learned senior advocate for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have taken admission under the Renuka Debi College of Education, Nadia, the respondent no.4. Accordingly, the petitioners have completed the course. Unfortunately, the petitioners were told by the college authority that till date no registration forms have been supplied by the West Bengal Board of Primary Education, Kolkata, the respondent no.2. Thereafter, the petitioners have filed the present writ petition thereby praying the above mentioned relief. Mr. Banerjee further submits that this Court should direct the West Bengal Board of Primary Education, Kolkata and the President of the West Bengal Board of Primary Education, Kolkata, the respondent nos.2 and 3 to allow the petitioners to complete the registration process and other required formalities by filling up necessary forms including other documents to appear in the Part-I Final Examination of D.El.E.D. course for the session 2016-;
