Joymalya Bagchi, J. - (1.) At the outset, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the appellants submits that the appellant no.4, Khirod Mohan Ghosh, has expired. A photocopy of the death certificate is placed on record.
(2.) Learned Advocate appearing for the State does not dispute such fact.
(3.) Under such circumstances, the appeal against appellant no.4 stands abated.;
