(2.) The material facts of the case are admitted by records and hence I have not called for affidavits.
(3.) The petitioner was an approved Assistant Teacher of a Secondary School. He retired from service on May 31, 2009. The first pension payment order was issued by the concerned respondent on May 20, 2009 and the revised pension payment order giving effect to ROPA 2009 was issued on February 7, 2013. The grievance of the petitioner is that the revised arrear pension amount was disbursed only on April 2, 2013. He claims interest on the delayed payment of the revised arrear pension amount.;
