Amrita Sinha, J. - (1.) The petitioner has challenged the order dated 23rd July, 2015 issued by the Additional Executive Officer, Howrah Zilla Parishad terminating his services as Mukhya Samprasarak in-charge of Munsidanga Fatema Khatun Madhyamik Siksha Kendra (MSK in short) on and from 1st August, 2015.

(3.) The petitioner was appointed as Shikhya Samprasarak in the MSK on 29th June, 2003. The Mukhya Samprasarak of the said MSK resigned from service sometime in the year 2005. On the resignation of the Mukhya Samprasarak the petitioner was entrusted to perform the duty as the Mukhya Samprasarak-in-charge. The service of the petitioner as Mukhya Samprasarak in-charge was renewed from time to time on yearly basis.;
