- (1.) These three writ petitions have been taken up for consideration on the joint prayer made by the parties present before us.
(2.) The subject matter of challenge in W.P.C.T. No. 177 of 2016 (hereinafter referred to as 'First W.P.') is an order dated June 2, 2016 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Kolkata Bench in O.A. No. 1480 of 2015.
(3.) It will not be out of context to observe here that the above order has partially been complied with by the writ petitioners by passing a speaking order according to the direction of the learned Tribunal. Therefore, the final order impugned to the First W.P. is under challenge partially so far as the setting aside of the appointment of one Sri Rajesh Biswas in the post of Assistant Canteen Manager is concerned.;
