RAJASEKHAR MANTHA,J. - (1.) Affidavit of service filed is taken on record.
(2.) By an order dated 18.05.2018 passed in W.P. 339(W)/2018 [Tapas Kumar Mondal and ors. v. State of W.B. and ors.], the President of West Bengal Board of Secondary Education was directed to consider the challenge to the process of election held to the Champagachi High School (H.S.) by its Headmaster, to the posts of Teachers' Representative and Non-Teaching Staff.
(3.) In terms of the "Rules for Management of Sponsored Institutions (Secondary), 1972" (the 1972 Rules) three posts of Teachers' Representatives were to be elected and one representative for whole time Non-Teaching Staff. These are the only two posts open for election, under the said 1972 Rules.;
