SHAMPA SARKAR,J. - (1.) Let the affidavit of service filed in Court today be kept with the records.
(2.) The petitioner claims interest on the delayed payment of the revised arrear pension amount under ROPA, 2009.
(3.) The petitioner was an approved Assistant Teacher of a High School. He retired from service on January 31, 2008. The first pension payment order was issued by the concerned respondent on February 13, 2008 and the revised pension payment order giving effect to ROPA 2009 was issued on August 1, 2012. The grievance of the petitioner is that the revised arrear pension amount was disbursed under ROPA, 2009 only on November 1, 2012.;
