Samapti Chatterjee, J. - (1.) Let the written exception in the form of affidavit filed by the petitioner be kept on record.
(2.) The petitioner has filed the present writ petition for a direction upon the respondent authority to give appointment to the petitioner thereby considering the petitioner's candidature as a trained candidate.
(3.) Mr. Atis Kumar Biswas, learned advocate for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner is possessing one year bridge course training certificate, the petitioner has not been offered with any employment as an assistant teacher. Therefore, this Court should direct the West Bengal Board of Primary Education to give appointment to the petitioner.;
