Biswanath Somadder, J. - (1.) The instant appeal arises out of a judgment and order dated 17th May, 2017, passed by a learned Single Judge in W. P. 26182 (W) of 2016 (Dr. (Mrs.) Minati Banik & Anr. vs. State of West Bengal & Ors.).
(2.) By the impugned judgment and order, the writ petition filed by Dr. (Mrs.) Minati Banik and Dr. Jati Ranjan Banik stood dismissed.
(3.) The writ petitioners are now before us in an Intra-Court Mandamus Appeal.;
