(2.) In spite of service, nobody appears on behalf of the respondents.
(3.) The petitioner's husband was an assistant primary school teacher. He retired from service on 31.08.2008. The Pension Payment Order was issued by the respondent Authorities on 29.05.2009. An amount of Rs. 32,932/- was deducted on account of alleged over-drawal. Being aggrieved, the petitioner has approached this Court by way of the present writ petition.;
