ARIJIT BANERJEE,J. - (1.) Affidavit of service filed in Court today be kept on record.
(2.) In spite of service, nobody appears on behalf of the respondents.
(3.) The petitioner was a primary school teacher. He retired from service on June 30, 2009. The Pension Payment Order was issued by the respondent Authorities on September 11, 2009. An amount of Rs. 28,895/- was deducted on account of alleged overdrawal. Being aggrieved, the petitioner has approached this Court by way of the present writ petition.;
