I.P.MUKERJI,J. - (1.) The Court :- The Receiver's report filed in Court today is taken on record in AP No. 825 of 2016.
(2.) This is an application for implementation of the order dated 21st June, 2017 passed by this Court.
(3.) The applicant-purchaser states that all the 55 assets are lying at the Central Warehousing Corporation under the jurisdiction of the Vran Police Station in Navi Mumbai, Ms. Shah, learned Advocate for the Receiver submits that 47 of them are lying at the Central Warehousing Corporation - Container Freight Station, D'NODE, District Raigarh near JNPT Port and 8 assets are lying at Seacube Yard at Chirle, also in District Raigarh.;
