- (1.) In spite of service of notice, the respondent is not represented.
(2.) The receiver has received an offer for sale of the asset in question which appears to be in a breakdown condition. Although the respondent was aware of the offer, but the respondent chose not to appear in this proceeding or to bring any higher offer.
(3.) Under such circumstances, the sale is confirmed in favour of Sukumar Mandal of Majherpara, Sadhupur, Gosaba, South 24 Parganas, PIN - 743370, West Bengal, for a sum of 3 lakh.;
