Subrata Talukdar, J. - (1.) The short facts of this case relate to an Employment Notification dated 24th May, 2016, issued by and on behalf of the Principal, Belda College, District Paschim Medinipur, (for short the College in issue). Vide the said Employment Notification candidates were called for a written examination for Group C and Group D posts at the College in issue.
(2.) The written examination was followed by an interview which was held on 30th October, 2016 and 31st October, 2016. The respondent No.21 was appointed to the post of Laboratory Assistant (for short LA) under the Persons with Disability (for short the PWD) quota.
(3.) The writ petitioner has now, by way of this writ petition, challenged the appointment of the respondent No.21.;
