Sahidullah Munshi, J. - (1.) Let this matter appear on Tuesday week, i.e. November 21, 2017 under the heading 'For Orders' together with GA No.1583 of 2015, GA No.2704 of 2017 and the application which is being proposed to be filed by the plaintiff in Testamentary Suit being TS No.17 of 2017.
(2.) The learned Advocate for the plaintiff in TS No.17 of 2017 is directed to furnish number by next Monday, i.e. November 20, 2017.;
