I.P.MUKERJI, J. - (1.) The writ petitioner is a teacher in Marian Co-Educational School which is affiliated to the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations, Delhi (ISCE).
(2.) There is in place the Code of Regulations for Anglo-Indian and Other Listed Schools, 1993. It applies to all listed schools. A listed school is one which under Regulation 5(10) is not an Anglo Indian School, but is recognised under the Code for presenting candidates for the examination conducted by the above Council.
(3.) Hence, the above school is bound by this Code.;
