(2.) In spite of service, nobody appears on behalf of the respondents.
(3.) The petitioner was the head teacher of a primary School. He retired from service on 31.07.1993. The Pension Payment Order was issued by the respondent Authorities on 23.05.2000. An amount of Rs. 90084/- was deducted on account of alleged over-drawal. Being aggrieved, the petitioner has approached this Court by way of the present writ petition.;
