Tapash Mookherjee, J. - (1.) The present appeal is directed against the judgement and order dated 12th April, 1999 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Bolpur at Birbhum in Title Appeal No. 17 of 1996 by which the learned First Appellate Court set aside the decree passed by the learned Trial Court and sent back the case on remand to the Trial Court for fresh decision.
(2.) The plaintiffs in the Trial Court are the appellants and the defendants in the Trial Court are the respondents herein.
