JUDGEMENT

Jyotirmay Bhattacharya, J. - (1.) Mr. Bagchi, learned senior counsel appears on behalf of the defendant/respondent no.11. In spite of service of notice upon the other respondents, they do not come forward to oppose the appeal.
(2.) At the time when the application for injunction filed by the appellant in connection with this appeal is taken up for hearing, we are requested by the learned counsel appearing for the parties to dispose of the appeal itself on merit by dispensing with the requirement of filing paper book in this appeal. We are also informed by the learned counsel appearing for the parties that all relevant papers, which are necessary for disposal of the appeal, are available before this Court.
(3.) On such request being made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, we have decided to dispose of the appeal itself on merit by dispensing with the requirement of filing paper book in this appeal.;
