(2.) In spite of service, nobody appears on behalf of the respondents.
(3.) The petitioner was a primary school teacher. She retired from service on 31.08.2007. The Pension Payment Order was issued by the respondent Authorities on 13.07.2012. An amount of Rs. 75,708/- was deducted on account of alleged over-drawal. Being aggrieved, the petitioner has approached this Court by way of the present writ petition.;
