SAMBUDDHA CHAKRABARTI,J. - (1.) Let the affidavit of service filed in Court today be kept with the record.
(2.) The petitioner was holding the post of Technical Assistant-I. He along with others was charge sheeted in respect of various allegations and a disciplinary proceeding was initiated against him along with other charge sheeted officers.
(3.) The petitioner was found guilty and the disciplinary authority passed an order reducing his initial pay in the time scale of pay to the respective post. From this order the petitioner had filed an appeal. The Managing Director being the appellate authority by an order dated February 3, 2016 had dismissed the appeal.;
