(3.) The appeal arises out of an order dated 17th September, 2017, passed by a learned Single Judge in 16497 (W) of 2017 (Joydeb Sadhukhan vs. The State of West Bengal & Ors.). The appellants before us are Khardah Co-operative Bank Limited, its Chairman, Secretary and Board of Directors, respectively.;
