SAHIDULLAH MUNSHI,J. - (1.) G.A. No. 1216 of 2011.
(2.) The Court:- This application being G.A. 1216 of 2011 has been filed by the plaintiff praying for a judgment and decree on admission for a sum of Rs. 7,90,263/- and ad interim orders in terms of Prayer A.
(3.) The petitioner filed a suit being C.s. No.45 of 2011. The suit essentially is a suit for money claim praying for a decree of Rs. 12,00,060/- (as pleaded in paragraph 16 of the plaint) together with interim interest and interest upon judgment from 1st March 2011 @ 24% per annum and other consequential reliefs.;
