(2.) In spite of service, nobody appears on behalf of the respondents.
(3.) The petitioner was a primary school teacher. He retired from service on 30.09.1992. The Pension Payment Order was issued by the respondent Authorities on 11.01.2000. An amount of Rs. 1,18,957/- was deducted on account of alleged overdrawal. Being aggrieved, the petitioner has approached this Court by way of the present writ petition.;
