(2.) In spite of service, nobody appears on behalf of the respondents.
(3.) The petitioner's husband was the Head Teacher in a primary school. He retired from service on 30.06.1988 and he died on 01.02.1999. The Pension Payment Order was issued by the respondent Authorities on 14.08.1992. An amount of Rs. 27,172/- was deducted on account of alleged over-drawal. Being aggrieved, the petitioner has approached this Court by way of the present writ petition.;
