(2.) In spite of service, nobody appears on behalf of the respondents.
(3.) The petitioner was appointed as an Assistant Teacher of a Primary School. She retired from service on 30.04.1992. The Pension Payment Order was issued by the respondent Authorities on 16.01.2002. An amount of Rs. 49,646/- was deducted on account of alleged over-drawal. Being aggrieved, the petitioner has approached this Court by way of the present writ petition.;
