Harish Tandon, J. - (1.) A disciplinary proceeding was initiated against the petitioner and the charge-sheet was issued on May 28, 2011.
(2.) The allegation against the petitioner was that he failed to discharge his duty faithfully and sincerely and had also not maintained the record of various works.
(3.) The petitioner responded to the said charges and an enquiry was conducted by the enquiry officer. In the report the said officer recommended the imposition of penalty against the petitioner and by a Memo dated 29th June, 2013 the petitioner was dismissed from service.;
