I.P.MUKERJI,J. - (1.) A serious thing has happened in this matter. L & T Finance Limited is the lender or financier, Cygnus Equipments and Rentals Private Limited is the borrower, L & T Finance Limited is the garnishee in terms of the order dated 12th July, 2016 of the Division Bench of this Court.
(2.) This Court appointed a Special Officer with a direction to collect all the receivables of the borrower from the garnishee and remit the same to the financier.
(3.) Mr. Banerjee submits that L and T Finance Limited was aware of this order.;
