Joymalya Bagchi, J. - (1.) I find that paper books have not yet been prepared. Hence, I take up the appeal for hearing dispensing with preparation of paper books.
(2.) Nobody appears in support of the appeal, when the matter is called on. Mr. Md. Anowar Hossain, learned advocate, is requested to appear in this matter as amicus curiae and assist this court.
(3.) Mr. Sanjay Bardhan, learned advocate and his junior, Mr. Palash Chandra Majhi, learned advocate are requested to appear on behalf of the State.;
