(2.) In spite of service, nobody appears on behalf of the respondents.
(3.) The petitioner's husband was a primary school teacher. He retired from service on May 31, 1996 and he died on December 4, 1998. The Pension Payment Order was issued by the respondent Authorities on August 14, 2002. An amount of Rs. 24,906/- was deducted on account of alleged over-drawal. Being aggrieved, the petitioner has approached this Court by way of the present writ petition.;
