Soumen Sen, J. - (1.) The petitioner Nos. 1 to 5 are the wives and petitioner No. 6 is the elder sister of the crew members who are missing from 15th December, 2014.
(2.) The petitioners allege that the authorities concerned have not taken any steps in tracing the crew members who were on board the vessel called MSV Our Lady Vellankannie and are missing since December, 2014.
(3.) The respondent authorities have filed their respective affidavits.;
