JUDGEMENT

(1.) This second appeal is directed against the judgement and decree dated 5th January, 2016 passed by the Learned Judge, 4th Bench, City Civil Court at Calcutta in Title Appeal No. 15 of 2014 affirming the judgement and decree dated 29th November, 2013 passed by the Learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 6th Bench, Presidency Small Causes Court at Calcutta in Ejectment Suit No. 407 of 2009 at the instance of the defendants/appellants.
(2.) Let us now consider as to whether any substantial question of law is involved in this appeal for which the appeal is required to be admitted under the provision of Order 41 Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure, or not.
(3.) Here is the case where we find that the plaintiffs have filed a suit for eviction against the predecessor-in-interest of the defendants on various grounds including the ground of reasonable requirement. The suit premises comprises of only one room on the ground floor of the premises where the plaintiffs also reside on the first floor thereof. The plaintiff No.1 is the widow mother and the other two plaintiffs are her sons. They require the suit room for carrying on their business therefrom. Three plaintiffs pleaded their independent requirement about their businesses. They also pleaded that they have no other alternative suitable accommodation elsewhere.;
