- (1.) Affidavit of service filed in Court today is kept on record.
(2.) The writ petitioner in this writ petition seeks interest on delayed payment of gratuity amount.
(3.) The writ petitioner had retired from his service on 31.01.2009. The first pension payment order was issued on 09.07.2009, the payment in respect of which was received on 06.11.2013. Subsequently, the revised pension payment order in terms of Revision of Pay and Allowances Rules, 2009 was issued on 28.08.2012, the payment in respect of which was received by the writ petitioner on 19.05.2009.;
