SHIVAKANT PRASAD, J. - (1.) The petitioner is a Bachelor of Science having a Bachelor's Degree in Education.
(2.) The petitioner was selected for the said post of Assistant Teacher in Bio -Science in the school and by a letter dated 05.3.2012 the respondent no. 4 appointed the petitioner in the said post.
(3.) The petitioner immediately joined the school in the said post on 16.3.2012 and since then he has been performing his duties as a Teacher in the said post to the satisfaction of the authorities of the school and the pupil of the school.;
