- (1.) The Receivers have filed their reports. The reports indicate that the respondents or their agents resisted the Receivers in implementing the previous order for taking possession of the assets.
(2.) The petitioner will forward copies of the Receivers' reports to the respondents in Gwalior.
(3.) A sum in excess of Rs. 1.78 crore is due only on account of defaulted instalments. The reports of the Receivers indicate that most of the assets are being used in course of the business operations of the respondents.;
