- (1.) The Court : In terms of the order dated December 2, 2015, the finance company reports that according to Pulin Behari Das, the arbitrator in the connected reference, "at present the number of Arbitral References relating to SREI Equipment Finance Ltd. pending before me since 2010 will be 2950 little more or less."
(2.) The arbitrator has further reported that he has 322 matters pending in respect of Sriram Transport Finance Company Limited.
(3.) As far as the present petition is concerned, the fresh service attempted by the petitioner pursuant to the order dated October 1, 2015 has resulted in the envelopes returning with the endorsement "Not claimed".;
