JUDGEMENT

- (1.) The Court : The School involved is Saljhati Tara Sankar Vidyaniketan (Jr. High School), Village ­ Saljhati, Post Office ­ Radhanagar, District - Midnapore (West).
(2.) Because of a judgement and order dated 15th September, 2009 passed by Soumitra Pal, J. in WP No.12069(W) of 2009, the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education gave an anxious consideration to the question of recognition of the above school and arrived at the decision that it was to be recognised as a four class junior high school without financial assistance from the government provisionally for two years with effect from 12th April, 2011. This decision was taken by the Board on 12th May, 2011 and the same was extended by the Board.
(3.) In this writ application, a prayer has been made for a direction upon the State Government to extend financial aid to this school.;
