- (1.) The intra court appeal is directed against the judgement and order dated 16th September, 2013 whereby the learned Single Judge dismissed the writ petition challenging the decision of the respondent Indian Oil Corporation (IOC for short) to issue Letter of Intent dated 16th August, 2013 in favour of the respondent no. 5 for setting up LPG distributorship at Kalichack, Malda.
(2.) The appellant had applied for LPG distributorship in response to an advertisement published in the newspaper for "appointment of LPG distributor in West Bengal and Sikkim" published in the year 2007.
(3.) Pursuant to the selection process, the appellant was awarded 82.78 marks and was placed in the first position in the panel.;
