JUDGEMENT

DEBASISH KAR GUPTA, J. - (1.) NONE appears on behalf of the respondent nos. 2,3 and 4 in spite of service of copies of this writ application upon them. Let the affidavit of service filed be kept on record.
(2.) THIS writ application is filed by the petitioner assailing the process of 12th selection in connection with Regional Level Selection Test (A.T),2011. According to the petitioner, her name appears against serial no.157 of the Combined Merit List of Assistant Teacher in Work Education (Pass). The petitioner belongs to Scheduled Caste Category. According to the petitioner, the name of the candidate appearing against serial no.169 has been recommended for appointment superseding her name. Let this matter appear in the daily supplementary cause list on February 12, 2012 under the heading "For Orders". If the name of any candidate belonging to the category of the petitioner and possessing equivalent qualification is recommended for appointment from the Combined merit list superseding the name of the petitioner, such recommendation shall abide by the result of this case. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on priority basis.;
