- (1.) In this writ application the petitioner has, inter alia, challenged the order of dismissal dated 21st of May, 2002, issued by the Respondent Authority.
(2.) The subject-matter of controversy in issue between the parties is briefly stated as hereunder.
(3.) The petitioner was working as an Assistant Manager (Quality Control) under the Food Corporation of India and was posted in the District Office of Food Corporation of India, Kolkata (West).;
