Jyotirmay Bhattacharya, J. - (1.) The selection process as embodied in the Information Booklet, 2004 published by the West Bengal University of Health Sciences, the respondent No.1 herein, for selection of the students for admission in D.M./M.Ch. Courses (3-Year), is under challenge in this writ petition.
(2.) The petitioner No.1 who is working as Senior DMO (Cardiology) in B.R. Singh Hospital was sponsored for appearing in the entrance examination for D.M. (Cardiology) by the concerned railway authorities.
(3.) The petitioner no.2 who is posted as an Assistant Professor in the department of Medicine in Medical College, Calcutta was sponsored by the Principal of the said Medical College for appearing in the entrance examination for D.M. (Endocrinology).;
