(2.) This writ application is filed by the petitioner for granting post-graduate scale of pay in his favour in connection with his services as an Assistant Teacher of Begri Girls' High School (H.S.), District Howrah.
(3.) The petitioner obtained M.Sc. Degree in Physics in the year 2008 from University of Calcutta. The last date of M.Sc. Examination was May 26, 2008. The prayer of the petitioner for extending post-graduate scale of pay has already been forwarded by the Authority of the School Concerned to the respondent No. 3.;
