PROKASH CHANDRA MALLICK, J. - (1.) This original application has been filed praying for the quashing of the impugned orders dated 20/21.3.90 and 2.4.90 (Annexure -G) and for a direction on the respondents to give effect to the promotion already granted to the applicant vide the order dated 14.9.89 (Annexure -B).
(2.) The facts of the case may be briefly stated. After passing her School Final Examination in 1961 and thereafter Buniadi Training Examination, the applicant was appointed as an Assistant Teacher in the Rifle Factory High School, Ishapore in the Primary Sec. on 2.3.87.
(3.) The applicant has dated that she got admission in Mahila Gram Vidyapith Prayag, Allahabad, a Women's Rural Vishwavidyalaya and passed her "Maha Vidushi" (equivalent to I.A.) in 1985 and "Bharti" (equivalent to B.A.) in the year 1987 from there. She has annexed a copy of the mark -sheet of the "Bharti" Examination -Pt. II, from which it appears that she had appeared in Hindi, Rural Science, English Literature and History in Part -II examination and obtained the grand total of 683 out of 1200. She was declared to have passed in 2nd Division.;
