BISWANATH SOMADDER,J. - (1.) Let the affidavit of service filed in Court today on behalf of the petitioners be kept on record.
(2.) Let the affidavit filed by the Principal Secretary to the Government of West Bengal, Minority Affairs and Madrasah Education Department, be also kept on record.
(3.) Perusing the said affidavit, it appears that the Principal Secretary has stated in paragraph 6 that he agreed with the views taken by B.P. Gopalika in W.P. 6384 (W) of 2006.;
